Terms & Conditions for DoingGood Events Membership

1. Introduction
- Welcome to DoingGood Events. These terms and conditions govern the membership and participation in DoingGood Events. By becoming a member, you agree to these terms.
2. Membership Eligibility
- Membership is open to individuals aged 21 and over. Applicants must complete the membership application and agree to adhere to all rules and conditions.
3. Membership Types and Fees
- Membership fees are non-refundable and subject to change with prior notice.

- Founding TRIBE Membership: $350/year, limited to 200 members.
- The Make A Difference Membership: $75/year
4. Membership Benefits
- Members are entitled to various benefits as detailed on our website and promotional materials, including access to exclusive events, discounts, and early registrations. Benefits may change without prior notice.
5. Event Participation
- Members must adhere to all rules and guidelines for each event. DoingGood Events reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any member not complying with these rules.
6. Conduct
- Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all events. DoingGood Events reserves the right to revoke membership for misconduct without warning or notice.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Memberships may be canceled by giving written notice. Refunds are not provided for any unused portion of the membership period.
8. Privacy Policy
- Member information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- DoingGood Events reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of these changes.
10. Liability Waiver
- Members participate in events at their own risk. DoingGood Events is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage incurred during events.
11. Intellectual Property
- All event materials, including photographs and videos, are the property of DoingGood Events and may be used for promotional purposes.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with local laws.
